SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday, if it is not a holiday.

Once the package is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to track the shipment. The tracking number will be provided by Liberty Express (https://libertyexpress.com) and routing (real time shipping updates) for tracking.

All lost or damaged packages will be the responsibility of Liberty Express (https://libertyexpress.com). Contact this company to resolve any problems with your shipment. If your package is lost or damaged, we cannot replace the items.

REFUNDS

MIALASH products are intended for personal use. For this reason and for the safety of our customers, all our products are for final sale.

Returns are only accepted if the merchandise does not correspond to the order. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be unused and unaltered in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received at MIALASH headquarters. Return costs will be borne by the customer, with the exception of promotions that apply on returns and refunds that are planned and announced at the respective time.

If you have received a damaged, defective or wrong item in your order, please email customer service at info@mialash.com and we will assist you in returning and replacing the items.

We will only accept returns of products in their original, unused and unopened condition, with all respective seals, within 15 days from the day you received your order. No returns of opened or used products will be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

A notice to cancel a purchase order may be sent as long as you have not yet received confirmation of your order.

Once the company has sent the order confirmation no cancellation will be accepted and no payment will be refunded.

In the event that the order cancellation is accepted but a deposit has already been made to pay for the order, a corresponding credit note will be generated.
